Rent calculator
Most owners want gross income of about 3× the monthly rent. Drop in your income to see where you land.
Bringing a roommate or co-signer? Add their income above — owners count combined household income toward the 3× rule.
This owner also looks for a credit score of 650+ (around the New Eastside average). Close on either number? A larger deposit or a guarantor usually does the trick — just ask Mino.

FAQ
Where does this listing come from?
Straight from the Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) MLS, refreshed regularly. This is an individually-owned condo the owner is leasing out, so lease terms and pet rules are set by the owner — we surface the specifics here and confirm before you tour.
Is there a broker fee?
No. Dibze represents you, the renter — not the owner. You won't pay us a broker fee, and there's no fee just to tour or apply.
How does the application work?
Start a rental application and we email you a secure link. A soft credit check to start; the per-adult screening fee isn't charged until the owner accepts your application.
