About 340 E Randolph Street
340 on the Park is the residential tower at the corner of Randolph and Columbus, on the north edge of Grant Park. Sixty-two stories of glass, with the 25th-floor winter garden as the building's signature: a two-story atrium open to residents year-round, even in February.
Units skew higher-end. Almost every floor plan has floor-to-ceiling windows and at least one view that's worth paying for — the lake to the east, Millennium Park and the Loop to the west, or the river to the north. Many have private balconies.
Outside the front door, you're two minutes from Maggie Daley Park and four from the Bean. The Lakefront Trail starts a block east. Mariano's is around the corner. The Pedway connects you to the Loop without ever going outside in January.
340 on the Park was the first LEED-certified residential high-rise in Chicago. It still feels new.

FAQ
Where do these listings come from?
Straight from the Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) MLS, refreshed regularly — the same listings your buyer's agent sees, no curated subset.
Can I work with Dibze to buy?
Yes. A licensed Chicago buyer's agent lines up tours, writes offers, and handles the close. The seller pays the commission, so it's free to you — and we rebate part of it back at closing.
Can I rent in this building?
If owners are leasing units, the For Rent tab shows them. These are individual condo owners listing through the MLS, so lease terms and pet rules vary by unit.
How is this different from Redfin or Zillow?
Same MLS feed, different model — we don't sell your contact info or turn every click into a lead. One Dibze condo expert handles your whole search and represents you, not the seller.
